Seasonal Event Preparation and Coordinator
I led the preparation of holiday treat bags 3 years in a row, coordinating materials, organizing assembly, and ensuring each bag was professional and festive. This project strengthened my skills in event support, organization, and creating positive team experiences.

Call Center Aide
As a call center trainer, I coached new employees on communication techniques, system navigation, and customer service expectations. I focused on building confidence, improving clarity, and ensuring each trainee felt supported and prepared for live calls. Through patient coaching and clear instruction, I helped strengthen team performance and customer satisfaction.

I served as a Review Board Member for Culver’s, providing feedback on training processes, customer service standards, and overall team performance. In this role, I helped strengthen workplace communication and supported continuous improvement across the restaurant.

I developed and maintained a workplace communications board designed to improve clarity, organization, and team engagement. By creating visually clear updates and resources, I helped streamline information-sharing and support smoother day-to-day operations.

IRB Certification
I am IRB-certified in ethical research and participant safety. This training reflects my commitment to responsible data handling and professional integrity in any research or communication settings.

Call Center Auditor
I conducted end-of-day audits by tracking and verifying all appointments submitted by peers to ensure accuracy and completeness. After verifying the correct information, I reported findings to management to confirm that all scheduling information was correct and aligned with operational needs.
